Had a ChatGPT dot email a 20-year-old son daily until his own ChatGPT replied with a plan to clean his old room.
Daily nudges until a plan came back. It worked: the son’s ChatGPT emailed back with a plan, and Goose signed off its report with a goose emoji.

Context:
I’m coaching my 20 year old son on how to use LLMs as an “executive function assistant”. He moved out a few months ago and hasn’t been able get his old room cleaned up (we have been patient).
I also changed the name of my Dot to Goose so I could call it and say “talk to me Goose.” Its name has been Goose since I upgraded to pro.
I set my kid up with a plus account, got his email integrated and then asked Goose to email him daily (as Goose, not me) until he his CGPT emailed back saying that it had a plan.
It worked, but the funny part was how “Goose” signed his name on the message where he let me know we had succeeded in at least getting him to use the tool…
We will see if this continues. Loving it though.
