Here’s an example of how the @NotionHQ shared agent memory works. I tell my Grok Bot something like this, and it gets shared to my notion brain. So now if I’m ever working with Claude, it’ll also know the below about me without having to tell each agent individually. The setup for this is at the link below. It’s sick.
Just make a Notion account, log into the grok bot connector, and paste it this prompt. Then go into your other AI platforms, log into the connector there too, give them this prompt and tell them it’s already built but that you want them to follow the writing rules too :)

What you need
- Connected apps
- Notion, connected in Grok Bot and in the author’s other AI platforms.
What prompted it
The author didn’t want to tell each AI agent the same things separately.
How it’s set up
- Made a Notion account and logged into the Notion connector in Grok Bot.
- Pasted Notion’s setup prompt into Grok Bot.
- Logged into the Notion connector on the other AI platforms, gave them the same prompt, and said the setup already exists but they should follow its writing rules too.
- Now whatever the author tells Grok Bot is saved to the shared Notion brain.
