What you need

Connected apps
Your wearables and fitness apps for the coach; Google Drive for the budget sheet (and optionally the training plan).
Routines
A morning brief from the fitness coach.

What prompted it

Grok Bot templates had just launched, and the author wanted to share personal bots in a form anyone could set up.

How it’s set up

  1. Coach G asks what you train, your goal and which wearables you use, sets up a daily data feed, then writes a week-by-week plan and a morning brief. It says when data is missing instead of guessing.
  2. Professor G checks what you already know, teaches one idea at a time, quizzes you and keeps a checklist; it can also maintain a reading list.
  3. Budget Bot builds a zero-based budget spreadsheet in Google Drive, fills in your real bills and accounts, and updates the sheet when you tell it you spent or got paid.
  4. Before publishing a personal bot, ask it to generalize itself for a wider audience.
