We have another @muse win!
I had muse call ATT for me and negotiate a lower Internet bill for my 2 homes. Both are fiber internet.
Muse patched me after verifying my identity and reaching the correct loyalty customer rep.
I just saved $1920 over the next 24 months on internet after negotiating a cheaper internet bill and flagging I could be saving an additional $10 a month by switching to bank autopay and paperless billing.

What prompted it
The author was paying for AT&T fiber internet at two homes and wanted a lower bill.
What Muse did
- Had Muse call AT&T about the internet bill for both homes.
- Muse verified the author’s identity and got through to the correct loyalty customer rep.
- Muse patched the author into the call.
- The result was a cheaper bill, plus a flag that switching to bank autopay and paperless billing could save another $10 a month.
