What the media shows
The Grok Bot iOS chat, in Traditional Chinese. The user asks: "看一下 starlink 那邊最新的郵件和工單回覆" ("check Starlink's latest emails and ticket replies"). Grok Bot replies "我去看 Starlink 的最新郵件和工單。", then reports a 4:34 PM "服務即將結束" ("service ending") email confirming the final service day is October 4, notes that the address listed doesn't look like the user's, mentions a ticket reply at 4:39 PM and a satisfaction survey at 4:43 PM, and says "工單正文我還在開。" ("still opening the ticket body"). An earlier message, partly hidden, mentions a monitor waiting on Yahoo's domain and port 993 that stops on October 18.
