Day 1 of Grok Bot
My favorite setup so far: Intercom + GitHub
Told the Intercom bot: when a PR gets merged, check if it changed the UI or some user workflow
If yes, decide whether the Intercom article needs an update
If there's no article, draft a new one and publish it
It has its own computer
I logged in my Testimonial test account and Intercom admin on it
If it needs screenshots, it opens the browser, grabs them, and drops them into Intercom
Starting today I might not need anyone to keep the Help Center up to date
I just want to build the product
I don't want to babysit help articles
Quite a gift to our devs founders ✌️
What you need

What Grok Bot did
- When a PR is merged, the bot checks whether it changed the UI or a user workflow.
- If so, it decides whether the Intercom article needs an update.
- If there is no article, it drafts a new one and publishes it.
- If it needs screenshots, it opens the browser, takes them and drops them into Intercom.
