Okay @Muse just pulled a rabbit out of a hat. I just had Muse call Southwest Air, wait on hold for me then it called me once a representative was there. It worked! There was real human waiting for me. Grail I’ve been dying for unlocked. Shout out to @spolen23 who told me this could be done.
What prompted it
The author had long wanted an agent that could wait on hold on the author's behalf.
What Muse did
- Asked Muse to call Southwest Air.
- Muse waited on hold for the author.
- Once a representative was there, Muse called the author.
- A real person was on the line waiting.
