My mind is honestly blown by what I just got my CFO Grok Bot to do today... A few days ago, I turned a Grok Bot into my personal CFO. I gave it access to my bank accounts, Apple Card, and 𝕏 Money. It already tracks: • My $ cash on hand. • Breaks it down between personal vs. business. • Every credit card I have by due date. But today I upgraded it again, so it can analyze my real estate tenants. For Tenant #1, I had already given it all 4 signed leases from the beginning until today. Then I told it to go through my actual bank statements and verify every rent payment against the lease terms. Like actually finding all the deposits line item by line item. The result is the screenshot I attached to this post. 🟢 Green = if the full contractual rent hit by the 5th (grace period). 🔴 Red = if it was late, short, or missing. If rent came in as two deposits, it adds them together. Then it totals each lease and tells me whether the tenant is in good standing or not and exactly how much I’ve collected from them since day one. And the wild thing is this is the entire prompt I gave it in the chat: “Break down tenant #1. I already fed you all 4 signed leases from the past till now. Go through my bank statements and find every rent payment from the first lease to now. Green if the full contract rent posted by the 5th. Red if it’s late, short, or missing. Month by month. Paid dates. A total under each lease. Are they in good standing? How much have I made from tenant #1 so far? Summarize it at the end.” That’s it. I used to manage all of this in a spreadsheet... now I just ask via a text. And this is only one tenant. Now I’m going to do this across every tenant I have, every property, every lease, every expense, every card, every bank account… literally every place my $ touches. My Grok Bot is starting to feel less like software and more like an actual CFO working for me. One that knows the numbers, remembers the details, checks everything, and can give me an answer the second I ask, available to me 24/7. My Grok Bot CFO is allowing me to build an entire financial operating system around my life and businesses. I trust Grok Bot with my finances 100%, it's freakin awesome.

What you need

Connected apps
Bank accounts, Apple Card and X Money.

What prompted it

The author tracked rent, cash and cards in a spreadsheet and wanted one place to ask about money across personal and business accounts.

What Grok Bot did

  1. Gave the CFO bot access to bank accounts, Apple Card and X Money. It already tracked cash on hand, split personal and business, and listed every card by due date.
  2. Uploaded all four signed leases for one tenant.
  3. Asked it to find every rent payment in the bank statements, month by month, and mark it green if the full rent posted by the 5th or red if it was late, short or missing.
  4. It added up split deposits, totaled each lease and summarized the tenant’s standing.
