How to build a one-person company with Grok Bot using my 41M+ views system. (FULL GUIDE)
What you need
- Connected apps
- Blotato, connected with its API key through Grok Bot’s connect card, for scheduling posts.
- Routines
- Added only once the work is reliable, such as a Monday brief to the Writer and a Friday review of scheduled content.
- Skills
- The author’s seven marketing skills (brand-brief, content-coach, post-writer, post-grader, post-scheduler, viral-hooks, repurpose), imported from GitHub.
What prompted it
A one-person company means one person doing twelve jobs, and AI chat still leaves that person as the bottleneck, copying work between tools.
What Grok Bot did
- Picked one job to start with that is recurring, reversible and measurable: marketing.
- Gave each bot one job, a definition of good, the tools it may use and guardrails.
- Imported the seven skills, stripping out only the Claude-specific tool fields, and split them across the four bots.
- Put all four bots in one channel and gave the group an outcome to deliver.
- The Content Lead picked the angle and the Writer drafted. The Reviewer graded the draft 7/10 and sent it back, the Writer revised, and the author approved it.
- The Publisher scheduled the carousel to Instagram through Blotato.
Evidence and limits
- Original post checked on X (Oct 17, 2026)
- Outcome reported by the author

- All the bots share one cloud computer and its logins, so connect only accounts that every bot is allowed to use.
- Never paste passwords or one-time codes into chat; take over the browser at the login screen instead.
- Media generation was slow, so the bot had to check the carousel’s status several times.
