My 6 Grok Bots and how I'm using them: 1) Revenue Closer (aka speed to lead) - monitors email for inbound leads, drafts responses, coordinates follow ups, sends payment links when lead is ready to move fwd 2) Overwatch - backs up each bot to Github daily, clears stale context 3) Chief Of Staff - tells me when we should hire new specialized bots, monitors my calendar, preps my week on Sundays 4) Sponsorship Bot - monitors email inbox for sponsorship opportunities with a strict filter. When a brand meets our criteria, it sends our rates 5) X Content (not really using this one yet but it was the first one I built) - monitors X for trending topics, drafts posts, suggests posts to repurpose 6) Simplicity Bot - monitors my calendar, Todoist, email for opportunities to reduce complexity. Suggests calls to cancel that don't align with my top 3 priorities. Ruthlessly keeps me focused Built all of these over a couple hours this weekend. Planning to build a few more. Curious to hear what other people are building with @bot

What you need

Connected apps
Email, calendar, Todoist, GitHub and X.
Routines
Daily GitHub backups and a Sunday week prep.

What prompted it

The author wanted bots to handle inbound leads, sponsorships, backups, the calendar and focus.

How it’s set up

  1. Revenue Closer watches email for inbound leads, drafts responses, coordinates follow-ups and sends payment links when a lead is ready.
  2. Overwatch backs up each bot to GitHub daily and clears stale context.
  3. Chief of Staff says when to hire new specialized bots, monitors the calendar and preps the week on Sundays.
  4. Sponsorship Bot watches email for sponsorship offers with a strict filter and sends rates to brands that meet the criteria.
  5. X Content watches X for trending topics, drafts posts and suggests posts to repurpose, though the author isn’t really using it yet.
  6. Simplicity Bot checks the calendar, Todoist and email for complexity to cut, and suggests calls to cancel that don’t fit the top three priorities.
